The great Tag i stole from Jake.

For all questions asked in this Tag, i shall use my latest book: Kaci. It was started last December. 


1. What’s your word count?
15,693.

2. How long until you finish?
Depends on how long i decide to make it.

3. If you have finished, how long did it take you?

uh yeah, see above question/answer.
4. Do you have an outline? 
HA! never have, never will.

5. Do you have a plot? 
I have the basics.. that's about it.

6. How many words do you typically write a day?
I am not typical.. but normally between 1000 and 2500.

7. What was your greatest word count in one day?
Around 7000, which was the starting couple chapters of Kaci.

8. What was your least impressive word count in one day?
2 sentences.. around 25 words.

9. What inspired you to write?
my cousins Jake and Alex, and the books i read. i want to write like that.

10. Does your novel/story have a theme song?
i'm working on it..

11. Assign each of your major characters a theme song.

12. Which character is most like you?
Kaci, definitely, i kind of modeled her after myself. so yeah.

13. Which character would you most likely be friends with?
Hmm... Zac or Madeleine.

14. Do you have a Gary-Stu or Mary Sue character?
..Uh, what?

15. Who is your favorite character in your novel?
Kaci's grandma. She's one tough old lady.

16. Have your characters ever done something completely unexpected?
of course.. the expectedly unexpected, now that i told you. O.o

17. Have you based any of your novel directly on personal experiences?
Yeah.

18. Do you believe in plot bunnies?

Sorry, i dunno what that is.
19. Is there magic in your novel/story?
Much of it.

20. Are any holidays celebrated in your novel/story?
Not as of yet.

21. Does anyone die?

Of course.
22. How many cups of coffee/tea have you consumed during your writing experience?
Many. many many many.

23. What is the latest you have stayed up writing?
Around 4 in the morning.

24. What is the best line?
To her professor: "It's ok, Mr. Barron. I have wizard friends."

25. What is the worst line?

Define "worst."
26. Have you dreamed about your novel/story or its characters?
Yeah...

27. Does your novel rely heavily on allegory?

Eh...
28. Summarize your novel/story in under fifteen words.

Well, i can summarize what i have so far. "Kaci discovers herself." That's basically it.

29. Do you love all your characters?
Not really... I created some characters with the intent of them not being liked.

30. Have you done something sadistic or cruel to your characters specifically to increase your word count?
I believe so.

31. What was the last thing your main character ate?
Hot Chocolate.

32. Describe your main character in three words.
Crazy. Bold. Happy-Go-Lucky. (is that a word?)

33. What would your antagonist dress up as for Halloween?
He doesn't have to dress up.

34. Does anyone in your story go to a place of worship?
I believe so.

35. How many romantic relationships take place in your novel/story?
Two, perhaps three if you count the evil people. xD

36. Are there any explosions in your novel/story?
Of COURSE!!!

37. Is there an apocalypse in your novel/story?
not that i know of.

38. Does your novel take place in a post-apocalyptic world?
nope..

39. Are there zombies, vampires or werewolves in your novel/story?
not yet... probably never.

40. Are there witches, wizards or mythological creatures/figures in your novel/story?
yup.

41. Is anyone reincarnated?

In my other book..
42. Is anyone physically ailed?
yup. but not permanently.

43. Is anyone mentally ill?
I suppose so. but that person dies.

44. Does anyone have swine flu?

nope.. that hadn't crossed my mind yet.
45. Who has pets in your novel and what are they?
Kaci has a ferret named Sox.

46. Are there angels, demons, or any religious references/figures in your novel/story?
Yeah.

47. How about political figures? 
not that i know of...
48. Is there incessant drinking?
Nope. My characters are sober.

49. Are there board games? If so, which ones?
BOARD GAMES??? it's a tag about my novel, all this dramatic stuff, and you ask about BOARD GAMES?

50. Are there any dream sequences?
Yes.

51. Is there humor?
If the reader understands my sense of humor, then there's a lot of it.

52. Is there tragedy?
Most definitely.

53. Does anyone have a temper tantrum?
Yeah... he ends up almost dying because of it. that'll teach him.

54. How many characters end up single at the end of your novel/story?
I dunno yet, it's not over...

55. Is anyone in your novel/story adopted?
i think so.

56. Does anyone in your novel/story wear glasses?
yeah.

57. Has your novel/story provided insight about your life?
oh yes.

58. Your personality?
a bit.

59. Has your novel/story inspired anyone?
I dunno, i haven't asked the few who have read it.

60. How many people have asked to read your novel/story?

oh goodness. a LOT. 
61. Have you drawn any of your characters?
Yeah! I'm thinking about illustrating it myself.

62. Has anyone drawn your characters for you?

Nope. i draw for me.
63. Does anyone vomit in your novel/story?
yup...

64. Does anyone bleed in your novel/story?
psh yeah..

65. Do any of your characters watch TV?
not yet they haven't.

66. What size shoe does your main character wear?
Seven, thank you very much. And she prefers Converse.

67. Do any of the characters in your novel/story use a computer?
Yeah. Kaci does.

68. How would you react if your novel/story was erased entirely?
I would freak out.. then think of what i messed up in it and fix it in a new version.

69. Did you cry at killing off any of your characters?
i didn't cry, but i was sad.

70. Did you cheer when killing off one of your characters?
One of them, yes. but that's in a different book.

71. What advice would you give to a fellow writer?
Write what you think is good, not what other people want you to write.

72. Describe your ending in three words.
...ending?

73. Are there any love triangles, squares, hexagons, etc.?
one.

74. On a scale of 1-10 (1 being the least stressful, 10 being the most) how does your stress rank?
currently, not including the book, around a 7.

75. Was it worth it?
i bet it will be.
